The place was filthy inside, food on tables, on the floors. The employees did not cover their hair with hair nets nor use gloves on hands. Saw the cook using bare hands making tacos and eating at same time. Once I was seen taking some pictures, a employee came out and started sweeping the floor. The hygenics of this establishment is questionable. Clothing was placed on front counter.

Price was incorrect from menu, i was charged a higher price, then they were out of fries, when I asked what they were substituting instead she said onion rings or Hashbrowns so I said onion rings, then I was charged, .40 extra so I asked why if that was what they were substituting it with? She said nothing she could, then when i got them there was only 7 onion rings in the box! Then the only drinks with my meal i could get was sprite, Powerade or water they were out of other sodas & drink selections! This was a Sunday at 12:45p!! SERIOUSLY???

I really try hard not to leave a bad review. But this location never gets anything right. I feels sorry for they people that work here. If no tomatoes is the hardest thing about the order what are you going to do in a grown up job.... Do better management

Almost never do Jack in the Box. But I've been there twice this week and each time, food was served hot and fresh. Buns were soft and warm. However, the meat itself, tasted cheap and subpar. May not have even notice if it hadn't also been very Bland

Placed an order online, when I got there the shake machine was down. Ok, fine, no problem. Just refund the shake. Guy tried to refund the shake, but it wouldn't go through. He said "I can give you something else or you can come back tomorrow and talk with a manager? I said just give me my card, no shake, no refund, $4 down the drain.. Then they were out of Dr. Pepper, ok give me a coke. I get home with my order, 2 burgers, two fries, tiny tacos, and an order of onion rings. The order of onion rings only had 4 onion rings in it. I don't know what was going on up there tonight, but it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at jack in the box.

Waited in line for at least 45mins to hr an didn't get what paid for so over charged me, didn't give receipt an drinks half full, fries old , no napkins .The only hot thing was the onion rings. Not going back there ever again oh an by the way they asked me u don't have a card, then he shorted me on the change.

This one, is the one that usually gets my order right, however this day they were completely unorganized, we all sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes, the girl at the window taking orders had to go talk to the cook about the order i had them never came back, she comes back on the speaker and asks can I help you ? I told her I just needed my total she laughs and then nothing for 10 minutes finally I get up there still no total and she shorts me a drink I tell her what I wanted not only did she get it wrong but the tea tasted soured. Then I get back to work and my order is all wrong. This is not the first time it's happened this month. My start with them was all bad then went great for a while then BAM back to 🤦......

Absolutely disrespectful staff. Approached around 1:25am to pick up a doordash order and when we pulled up to order we got greeted with "Go ahead", loudly through the speaker. When I tried to say what I was there for, I was cut off saying that they "Couldn't hear you". At least let me finish, maybe you'll hear some of what I say. Sounding super ghetto when she speaks too, and when she doesn't hear you at the window she just yells out "Huh?" and then doesn't reply to what you tell her after she hears you. No real communication and you can hear them being angry in the back and slam drinks down at the window being annoyed. No wonder this place is hiring right now, these are terrible employees to have on your team. "Oh my fawking goood" when she was getting annoyed with others ordering and the team. When I finally got the order, the bag also wasn't sealed so hope the order is well for my customer. Just terrible projection of the workplace and the team is outwardly showing that there is nothing positive going on. Hope the team gets better people and let's go of some of the unprofessional workers here. Embarrassing to be quite frank
