Haven't been in a long time. Pleasantly surprised. Good food, good service. They didn't have the little games on the tables anymore which sucks and the strawberry Mimosa tasted like straight up strawberry puree with no orange juice besides that it was a great time.
They now serve alcohol! Always have plenty in the gift shops. I got lots of drinks.from coffee to soda, juice and wines. Oh they also have beers. Food is always good. Love this ace, used to come all the time when. I was younger. Service is good, everyone is very friendly. I ordered the good morning which is a health meal and not grits yet the casserole.
We eat a lot of Cracker Barrel when traveling. Their food is consistent and they have gluten free options for my wife. We found this restaurant to be par with our expectations for food quality and service.
We do stop here several times a year passing through so we have familiarity with this restaurant. The food was good, the service was good, and our overall experience was good. We will continue to stop here during our excursions.
I typically have the daily special and my wife eats the fried catfish. We've had great luck with this restaurant.
The food and service was excellent! It was pretty crowded, considering the time we arrived that was expected.
The biggest disappointment was the clearance section...I usually find several things to buy from the clearance area but it was bare!! Very sad to see that at this time of the year!
I have never been to a Cracker Barrel before. I kept hearing about it from folks and from shows like The Ranch. So I went in for some breakfast this morning. I ordered a Grandma's Sampler, I ordered it with Scrambled Eggs, Country Ham and Hashbrown Casserole. The Pancakes were nice and fluffy, the little sample of Maple Syrup was divine. I tried the Baked Apples they were caramelized sweetness. Overall I had a good meal, I really enjoyed wandering the gift shop and taking pictures of the decorations and curiosities.
MY FAVORITE PLACE TO SHOP AT!!! All of the ladies that work there, and the gentlemen, are so kind and are a lot of fun! I almost need a part time job to support my shopping habit here! The food has always been excellent! My very favorite meal is dinner time, and to go there early. I love the Fried Chicken. Oh my....it is dynamic!! We like the dinners and keep them as our "date night" so that makes them extra special! Having just moved from California, we did get Cracker Barrels there now, but not a lot of them and not close by. My DREAM was to have a Cracker Barrel close by ...and it is only 10 minutes away! I am in Heaven!
Staff was ultra friendly. Food was good, classic home style cooking, and was ready quickly. I had the meatloaf dinner and it was great. Restaurant was very clean and they made it easy for my father-in-law, who needed to use a wheelchair, to join us for dinner.
