We went for the first time yesterday evening and was kinda nervous because of the way it looked but don't let the building scare you away. The service was absolutely wonderful and the food was to die for!! Lobster fritters were amazing actually everything we had was amazing. Would and will recommend this place to others
This place is fabulous. We consider this restaurant to be one of the best! Great food, atmosphere and service! Highly recommend!
Their clam chowder and lobster bisque both had a lot of flavor. The chowder was thick and creamy and had a great consistency. The bisque was flavorful and delicious.
I also ordered the Buffalo chicken tenders, which are basically boneless chicken wings as they are smaller. They pack a lot of flavor and a nice kick.
First time there. Great service and food. Clam chowder was amazing. Cranberry sorbet was perfect. Have seafarer casserole. Delish.
Absolutely wonderful, as always! I have been coming to the Ebb Tide for over 35 years and have always loved the food, service and ambiance. This year, due to COVID, my family and I decided to use their curbside services. I called in the order and they were immediately friendly and accommodating. It is a rare treat to be treated so well by an establishment, over the phone. The food was beautifully packaged, ready on-time, hot and delicious. Everything was wonderful and they even included a little surprise treat for dessert! The McCormick family truly knows how to treat their customers and the food is always excellent. Our thanks to all at The Ebb Tide (Patricia, Paul and staff) for making this year’s trip to the Cape special, no matter what!
We've been going to the Ebb Tide for 30 years, and have never had a bad meal there. There are not many restaurants like it on the Cape. It's classy and WASPy without being pretentious. A perfect place for an upscale, yet casual dinner. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I've always enjoyed the 3 course dinners. This year, they were a little different. The menu looked like it was titled a bit more towards seafood, not bad for me but no much of a selection for the rest of the group. The cranberry squares (a personal favorite) were NOT served this time around with the rolls! I had the Prime Rib, which was tender and flavorful, but the vegetables were underwhelming. I miss the butternut squash, which was no longer available and was like velvet. It was still a good meal but not quite up to par of the last decades. I'm still giving this place 5 stars as it's still a great place, but hope the owners take note of the reviews on here and keep it as it was!
The ebb tide Restaurant is excellent in every way! We were greeted warmly when we entered the restaurant. Our server was attentive and attention to detail. The cocktails were small but delicious. The quality of the food and it’s expert preparation was amazing. Stuffed quahog was the best I’ve ever had. I had the seafood sampler that could not have been any fresher. When one steps inside the restaurant you feel a sophisticated country charm with white table cloths , candles on table. I give this restaurant an A +.
Food was very good. We got lobster bisque and clam chowder both were very good. The lobster roll was packed with meat and the wedge salad was huge and full with lots of things. Salmon was also delish. Great place to eat. Service was excellent too.
Delicious food. Great service. We've been here a few times over the years. This time it was at Seaview due to the changes for Covid. Felt very clean and safe, plenty of room between tables inside. Got the pecan encrusted salmon, which was excellent. I loved the mashed potatoes - very buttery!
