Pulled into drive thru around 9:20pm, made sure of closing hours beforehand and a few employees were standing outside. No one answered at box and one of them yelled over "Nah man we out of food". I simply asked, "You out of soda, that's all I came for?" the employee just walked away.

Very good place to eat chicken is good and have multiple sides to choose my favorite is corn nuggets and very good people that work there very friendly. Love it!

How very sad for this Resturant. Around a month a ago, They have changed the type of oil they cook with and it is destroying the flavor of the chicken and the fry’s. I threw away the last order I got from there . It was so bad that even my cat who loves chicken from there , turned up his nose and walked away.
Good luck chicken express in finding a compatible oil to use.

Do not ever eat or go to this chicken Express....to much to talk about so I'll just save you the drama of reading my complaints and tell you they have a worker... A Young lady who is the rudest person I have ever experienced in the food service industry the food was the worst trust me I love chicken Express and will continue to go but just not to the one save your time and your moneyand if anyone in the upper office reads this please reach out so I can give you some serious advice..

Was a bit slow in getting our food. Was only car in drive-thru.
Could of been due to the employees hot boxing in car in parking lot! Didn't come out of car until we sat at drive thru order speaker for a few minutes...

Okay, I've eaten at Chicken Express many times. Its always decent quality at a fair price. But, recently I discovered that the Denison location serves catfish. And really good catfish at that. Clean, large, golden brown fillets cooked to order. Well worth the drive from Sherman and the wait for fresh fish.
