I like the bar area the most. The high top table in the corner with the most view. The menu is the same with the restaurant. They have a patio outside too.

My sister and I had the most amazing experience at the Canyon Steakhouse. Elizabeth was our server and she was so accommodating and professional and gave service as you would receive in any five-star restaurant. The food was the best I have had anywhere. And I have had the opportunity to do a little bit of traveling and sampling. Thank you Elizabeth for such a wonderful enjoyable and rememberable experience.

Very disappointing, the rock fish was supposed to be a great tasting fish, it was not as advertised. Also served cold. The waitress did offer to warm it up…would not recommend this as a place for a good meal.

One of the best restaurants i've ever dined at. Food was excellent, and customer service was unmatched. All the food we've ate at Alaska was poor besides this.

The service was excellent I’m very lactose intolerant they made sure none of my food had any dairy I ordered the fillet super tender and seasoned perfectly has where the vegetables

We started w the Wedge salad and french onion soup. Both were large servings and tasty. Three of us had the Beef tenderloin (filet), two had the Braised Ribs and one had the Pork chop. All was fall-off-the-bone fantastic!! For dessert it was four bread puddings, one mud pie and one berry tart. Our only criticism is warm the bread pudding!!! Two bottles of red nicely rounded out this highly recommended meal. Make a reservation!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner last night. Ribeye, rockfish, calamari, mud pie and bread pudding were all great as was the service from the bar where we decided to eat.

A great restaurant in the McKinley Chalet resort. We both had braised short ribs that were amazing. The salad with a round of fried goat cheese was terrific. We also ate breakfast there twice and those meals were delicious as well. The staff is delightful and each one had a story to tell about why they are in Alaska.
