Great vegan options for pizzas! Highly recommend the Tundra. They also have a new white bean hummus on the menu that was delicious! Bela was awesome behind the bar and turned us onto a new tripel style beer that we will be returning for soon! Cheers!

One of the hostesses was reluctant to welcome. Food was tasty. Squirrels were collecting food, causing disturbance in the serving area. At some point an unleashed dog showed up and roamed randomly. Waiters were nice. I am concerned that one day squirrels can cause some illnesses.

Frankie is an absolute amazing server!!! My whole family was so thirsty after we had been adventuring all day & he gave us all pitchers of water. That’s excellent customer service! He was so friendly. This type of customer service brings you back to a place. The pizza and salad was also very yummy as well:)

About the only pizza place in the area, so we decided to go for it. We got there about 8:30 pm. Told staff at the front desk there were 7 of us. They both stood there for a minute (literally) trying to figure out where to put us. I finally told them whatever is easiest is fine, so they finally took us back and put 2 tables end to end. Voila! Not sure why it took so long to figure that out. Waitress was helpful and promptly took our order. She did warn us it would take 40-45 mins since it was busy. To tide us over, she recommended an appetizer or salad. So we ordered cheese bread. Well, cheese bread took about 30 mins to get, then another 45 mins for our pizza, which they didn't get right. I will say that the cheese bread and pizza was fantastic. Blueberry cream soda was pretty good too. What annoys me is I saw several staff standing around, including waiters while many people were waiting for pizzas. I an only surmise they have a lot of takeout orders for the hotels across the road. Still, waiting an hour and a half for pizza is not cool. Kids were sleepy by then, which crushed the vibe. Good pizza but at a high cost, literally and figuratively. 3 stars only because it was tasty. Would NOT recommend, at least not during peak season.

Gotta say Alaska has pretty good pizza places with this being the best in Denali area. Has a great variety of pizzas and beers. We visited this place a couple of times and tried a few pizzas and liked North of The Border the most. The combination of corn and jalapenos along with the white base makes a good mix of flavors. Pizzas come in two sizes, cub and grizzly. Grizzly is good enough to two people to share. My wife tried the Frontier Alfredo pasta and that was good too. I was very impressed by their collection of beers, local and imported. Overall a really good pizza place with nice ambience.

Pizza was excellent. Cooked perfectly. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were very busy, but attentive and helpful I'm choosing from the 50+ beers on tap. If you are looking for a fun atmosphere, good food, and a variety of beers, this is the place to go.

Was craving pizza for a couple days while they were closed and finally I made it in. The pizza was great, the beers were great, and the staff were great! Ordered a meat pizza including Reindeer sausage, loved the taste. I tried a couple different local beers and even had a couple slices of pizza to take back to my hotel room.

This is a place where you eat at multiple times during your trip. The beer selection is great and many of the beers are brewed locally . It can get pricey especially if you want to sample a few different beers but the food is fresh and great. The staff is friendly and many of them are returning seasonal employees which says a lot . I recommend this hot spot .
