You need to get better help...I walked in and all the help is sitting at a table chatting......had to ask for more ice.....I think she counts the cubes...your help stinks

Cockroach in my food , yesterday i ordered a salad and baked potato and i had half of my food and found a dead cockroach in my food dead cockroach and this is the pic files a complaint and the next day the district manager called me and he stated he was not the one making my salad and how be knows probably I put a cockroach on my food or it was in my car seriously and he started defending Wendy’s is the cleanest fast food in us really now you accusing me to put a cockroach in my food terrible experience and the district manager accused me you all better to hurry up and clean the store before food inspection come .

I loved it I loved it! I ordered a breakfast meal as my timing was bad for regular meal. My server added a small side order of potato chips and the only other food chain I get this from is Popeyes! Yes! Enjoyed it thanks!

I hate going to Wendy's. The wait is long, they never talk to u. They speak in their own language. Forget the customer. I oy go here to pick up. Orders. I would never spend NY money at any Wendy's. Awful service

Bad service not worth waiting!! Came here at the drive thru for 1 grilled chicken sandwich and a 4 for 4$ meal. I was told to pull two the front after given only my 4 for $4 because they don't have meat ready!!! (after waiting 15) in front of the store still no sandwich! I go in the store and wait another 10 minutes before I can get my 1 sandwich thanks Wendy awesome service!

Bad bathroom, not clean , smells also was no toilet paper.....thank god i check for my son. Well i ask the cashier to talk with the Manager, the lady name (B) has glasses, she ignored me then i satated i will make a report, she then send a women the the mens bathroom when their guys they're should of check and clean the mens bathroom......nice location but eeewwwww

Order a bacon double cheeseburger and got a single bacon double cheeseburger and the new wapper melt should be called the junior wapper melt because the patties are the size of hamburger patties I'd rather go back to buy the regular wiper

My wife and I can always appreciate fresh food. Make sure you ask for yellow mustard on your sandwich. They only put ketchup on sandwiches that usually come with both mustard and ketchup.
