Wendy's

I am not a fast food fan but it was pouring rain and I was between appointments and wanted a drive thru. I tried their Big Bacon Classic, A quarter-pound of beef with Applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mayo, and onion on a toasted bun. Good but nothing special.

Food - Fresh. Service: Room for improvement. I had to ask for a cup for the drink that came with my meal and my receipt. Wendy's can Adventurous Loner train your employees and train your trainers how to train your employees? 😊 The employee ringing my order was being trained. A not as smooth interaction was expected. There was much interruption during the placing of the order which more than likely caused the negligent service by the newly hired. This would be the end of this review and thus the shortest review ever by Adventurous Loner. However, this Wendy's now has that cover that blocks a customer watching their food being prepared. Why would Wendy's take away one of the best things about fast food? There's nothing like watching your meal being prepared. It makes it all taste better and go down more smoothly. And, exits less, well– point made. Whoever made this decision, go inside your nearest Wendy's and smash your head into it. In a non-harming way of course.

Worst experience at a Wendy's so far, terrible staff ever no clue about customers service. I stopped by for launch on 4/19/2022 @ 2:05 pm , all the staffs doing is talking about they own business not related to work, they did take my order, they are so rudes , they don't put the sauce that I asked for , I asked them can I please have it they got mad , no napkins, when I asked they so rude give me a napkins, it's like here's the napkins never come back here, that was the closest way I can described their expressions and rudeness

Long wait at the drive through. Didn’t have Frostys!! Fries were missing from the bag; had to loop around and wait in line again. Lastly, they didn’t have spicy nuggets; had to go with regular ones. Not a very well run establishment. On a positive note, the employees seemed nice and were easy to deal with and they comped the nuggets; not sure if the free nuggets was intentional though.
