There are many reviews below that mention a few things about this business, I am glad they did! Based on my experience tonight they’ve listened and corrected any wrongs. For only being in business 8 months, I call this fast learning! Kudos!
I had Shrimp Pho tonight and for ~$14 (+tax and tip of course), I will have both dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. When I asked for extra bean sprouts, I got EXTRA bean sprouts. Love it!
I am not quite sure what the puffed, lightly fried chips are but they were a nice nosh while I waited for my soup.
Recommendation: Add the vinegar white onions to the mix, you won’t be disappointed!

WORSE Vietnamese food EVER! Even the places not owned by Vietnamese people taste better. Also, this place has bad service. We had no spoons or chopsticks to eat our pho. The servers hide in the kitchen and it took forever for the to walk back to the front of the restaurant. This place is super expensive for the terrible food they have. They also barely give you any vegetables.

Glad to see a new Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The food was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating. Kids eat free and they gave us a little dessert after the meal! Will definitely return.

Ate next door on Friday and saw that the Chinese restaurant has been replace by HEY PHO YOU, a Vietnamese restaurant.
So I decided to try it for take out on Sunday night. Found out they have been open for just 11 days.
I ordered the Bun-Grilled BBQ Pork Special Bowl, bbq pork, 2 grilled shrimp, 2 spring rolls with rice noodles, bean sprouts, lettuce topped with carrots and scallions, Very good.

I was very disappointed in my first and only visit to this new Vietnamese restaurant. It is a fairly large place with a lot of seating but was practically empty when we came on a Wednesday night at approximately 7:00pm and we had a choice of any seats that we wanted.
We were quickly given water and a small basket of “chips“. The chips were made of puffed rice but were so greasy that we had to use a napkin every time we touched one.
The waitress came in about ten minutes and took our order but was very unhelpful when it came to answering our questions. We were concerned that the menu did not mention vegetables at all except as garnishments on top of the meat dishes (shredded carrot and scallions). The few vegetarian entrées were several dollars more expensive than the meat entrées. She finally agreed to make me a chicken entrée with vegetables. We did not discuss the extra charge.
However, about 45 minutes went by with no food at all. This seemed rather strange because the restaurant had so few patrons. There was no sign of carry out activity. Finally a different waiter returned and told us that the computer system was broken and they were unable to enter any orders but now it had been fixed and they could take our orders again.
We were incredulous. Surely the back up system for the computer would be writing down the order and handing it to the cook or at least telling him verbally what was needed. We simply left and ate elsewhere.
I must say this about their menu. They listed a number of different types of pho. Only one of them had more than one type of meat listed. The whole basis of pho is in the different textures and flavors while you are eating. They had no soft meats (like tripe) or any other things to vary the texture. It is difficult to believe that any Vietnamese would eat there. We did not see any, of course.

I got take out from here last week :) It was my first time ever having Vietnamese food. It is excellent! I was so surprised the people were very nice and down to earth. But let me tell you the reason my reason for the 5 stars and why I will be coming back as often as possible. The fried rice. It was so clean and fresh and healthy. They give a great portion My wife and I shared this and a beef noodle something, with a side of dumplings. Best dumplings I ever tried! But wow the fried rice really stood out to me I am craving it now that I can remember how good it really was. So we had a great dinner then she had leftovers for lunch the next day. I had the rest of the rice for dinner the next day. Do the math that is 4 meals I think I need to go here at least one time a week. I really want to try the soup next.

The food was fantastic. You can smell the herbs and spices throughout the restaurant. Menu was a lot more simpler and easy to read than typical Vietnamese restaurants. The spot is new and hard to see because the vinyl sign covering the old restaurants sign is torn. Staff is super laid back.

I had heard about this place from friends, and I must say, it did not dissapoint. Portions were huge, staff couldn’t be nicer, and the food was delicious. The pho bowl was loaded with lots of meat and noodles, and they start you off with shrimp crackers. The staff was very attentive, and constantly checking to see how everything was. One of the owners said he had a surprise for us at the end of our meal- a free dessert! Like everything else we had it was delicious, and I can definitely see myself coming back in the very near future. Overall a very positive experience.
