Delray Fresh

I stumbled upon Delray Fresh having recently moved to South Florida, and could not have been more satisfied. This place is family friendly, and has the charm of a deli that I've been looking for in South Florida. I tend to get sick of chains, and the ambiance and food hit the spot. Shawn, the owner, introduced himself to me and could not have been nicer and more welcoming. I instantly felt like one of the family. I asked him what he recommended, and he said the Philly Cheesesteak was the way to go. Thank god I listened to his advice, because wow! The sandwich was amazing. The kicker for me was the sauteed mushrooms, definitely added a great touch to a classic sandwich. I would highly recommend visiting Delray Fresh if you live in Delray or are just visiting. The selection is top notch, and the people are very nice. I know I'll be back for more.

The food is tasty and fresh! I got the Thursday lunch special, penne a la vodka with chicken, and my girlfriend got the chicken salad (best chicken salad I’ve ever had) Both were outstanding. The staff is awesome (especially Ronnie and the guys behind the counter)! My penne pasta was the end of the pan and there wasn’t much chicken in it, they fixed it super quickly. I highly recommend and will be back.

I live right behind Delray Fresh and the aroma of food cooking in the morning smells delicious! So I went over today and really enjoyed it. It is the perfect place to step in and quickly get lunch or supper. There is some produce as well and pastries. Great place to stop in when in a hurry and hungry. Service is quick too. And lots to choose from. Today they had salads, chicken Marsala, salmon, Mahi, pasta. Also, juices etc. to drink. Really everything for putting together a meal. I'm hooked and really glad I am within walking distance.

Great and fresh food, 2 times stop here for luch and I be back. really clean and friendly staff. Update: stop here again a few times for lunch and I am always on choc to see all the fresh food, everything I try there is delicious and so much choice!! even for the drink they have a great assortment, staff always happy to serve you. If you pass around you need to try some. Enjoy!!!!
