Wanted something fast and decided on Pollo Tropical. Customer service is lacking, the first person didn't speak English.
The food is decent for the price. I got the Mojo Roast Pork , roasted in a juice blend, that is moist and tender with sautéed onions. Comes with 2 sides, I got the White Rice and Black Beans and the Balsamic Tomatoes, Vine-ripened Roma tomatoes and red onions in a balsamic vinaigrette dressing which surprisingly was very good.

This place is hit or miss. Half the time it is great. The other half of the time they short you food. I have probably been shorted over $50 in food just in the last 3 months. Guess what, after a long day of work im not going back for cheesy yucca bites or my missing sides. I call the store and they say they will take care of me next time and they never do. Customer service here is terrible. You can ask for sauce and it wont be in there too. Hope you dont need silverware as well. If you order 3 meals you might get 2.

One of the worst Pollo Tropical experience I've ever had. Grilled chicken was cold, pincho (chicken skewered) was at room temperature, Cuban Sandwich was also not hot and fresh. Rice was mushy, mac and cheese was cold. Restaurant was clean however. Will not be returning to this location.

Very clean and nice place. Employees were great and helpful. Had a great inexpensive lunch for there. They give a senior citizen discount ten percent

I got a tropichop and their beef empanadas. I asked for pepper from the guy and he said okay. When I got home, I was missing my beef empanadas and there was no pepper.
I called the store with the number on the receipt but no one answered and it just rang. After a few minutes I just hung up and said to myself "whelp, there goes $3.49"

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… do you know how it feels to be hungry after a long day of work; go place and order; pay $31.54 for a the family meal so you can feed your family. Go all the way from Delray to Fort Lauderdale just to find out they didn’t put THE CHICKEN AND THE CESAR SALAR you just ordered and PAY???… Never happened to me at other pollo tropical but in these one. So disappointed. Called and complain, they said SOMEONE WILL called to refund my money STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. 8 days when by and nothing.
