Capital One Cafe

There are several things that are great about this place. One of a person has a Capital One card, their drinks Peet’s Coffee are half off and the line is never long. Also, it’s a nice place to sit if you are hot from the beach and need to rest. A person doesn’t need a Capital One card or buy a drink just to sit and relax or charge their phone for several minutes. Also, it’s a great place to do work or homework. The place is very roomy and open. The staff is super friendly and hand out free drink cards once in awhile. Plus once in awhile they have free swag. I was about to grab a pound of coffee complimentary.

I had a very frustrating issue with an account, and after speaking with seven different Capital One customer service representatives on the phone (who did nothing except read the same script over and over) I decided to go in person to the Capital One Café. I’m so glad I did. Shantai and Lateisha went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They actually listened to me and treated me like a person, not a number on a screen. I’m grateful for their patience and assistance and will be sticking with Capital One only because of their stellar service. Thank you again, Shantai and Lateisha!

We enjoyed the Capital One Cafe in Downtown Delray Beach for coffee and baked goods. We had the muffin with lemon and poppyseeds and the vegan zucchini nut bread loaf with our delicious coffee. There's half-off and sometimes free coffee deals for Capital One cardholders so ask about the specials when you order. The staff members were smiling, friendly and helpful. We toured the rest of the Capital One Cafe areas for doing work and meeting and loved the spaces. The Capital One Cafe overlooks Atlantic Avenue and now has a variety of activities and entertainment to participate in throughout the month. There's yoga to music and improv comedy scheduled so it's a place to visit to banking, doing some online work or meeting clients and to come for some networking or entertainment. It's clean and spacious.

This place was truly a treat! I got a green tea tropical and it was made really well. You can tell that the tea is of superior quality and I was in luck that I went during their happy hour which is from 2 to 4 PM and they asked me if I had a capital one account and gave me the drink for free! It’s a great place to go to relax and just hang out and meet the local community as well as enjoy some free. Treats that they give out during happy hour.

Worst Customer Service EVER. Brian is the associate that i saw and he does not know anything about his job. To find a fax number or a ddress of a branch he need to call customer service and be in line and hold for minutes. Brian did not tell me to take a seat , had me stand up for over 50 mins waiting for him to try to find out the info that he never did .
