Panera Bread

RIP OFF! This place is a rip off. I went here for dinner with my boyfriend and we payed $30 for the meal. This sandwhich, which had barely anything on it, was about $10. The place wasn't too clean, but what can you expect from a strain? The staff was fairly friendly. However, it is ridiculous to put two tiny slices of meat on one sandwhich. There's more meat on at 6 in at Subway!

The food fast and fresh, but customer service needs a little more attention. I placed my reward card in the reader, and was asked I was placing it in the right way, no problem i didit again. The was told to give her my card she took it out of my hand . It processed but when i asked about my reward she said i can add a cookie for a dollar and ninety nine cents. I said no thank you and paid for my order. Read my receipt and it said that i can receive a discount on my two pick, and it expired today. So i politely we back to the cashier and she walked away from me like she didnt see. Me. Im a big girl so im very hard to miss. I called for the manager she fixed it . I thanked her and we to consume my food. I love Panera bread but i think im going to stay a chick-Fa- la sorry Panera😭

The best place to have your breakfast, brunch or dinner. They make good coffee and you can refill any of the beverages on the fountain or the coffee station the many times you want. People is so nice... The always welcome and have kind words for every customer. Delivery service through uber eats or their own app is the best, they always are on time... I could notice that drivers have good training.

We were surprised by a long line at 1:15 pm. Perhaps because we visited on Friday instead of our preferred Thursday. Two cashiers became one. When the line was backed up "enough" (too far), a second cashier appeared. Otherwise, great service for prep and pickup. The "autumn squash" soup is my seasonal favorite! We ate 2-for-1, soup and sandwich. The turkey, bacon and avocado on flat bread holds together well. You have to ask for flat bread. Nice ambiance and dining layout. Tables need to be checked and cleaned routinely.
