Food is always good, if not a little on the heavy side.... Also a good value.....wife says drinks are well made and strong.....

We gathered with friends and family after a funeral in the banquet room. The food was delicious and the service was great! The out of town guests were delighted with the food as well. I had ham sliced off the bone, beef tops and noodles, chicken marsala, garden salad, and fruit salad. I didn't have the homemade pies or buns and I believe they served pasta with red sauce! I hope you have the same experience as we did if you try this restaurant.
We Both had the Fish Special. Was Delicious and big. Had to take part of the Fish home. Dessert was really Good. Cherry pie and Coconut Cream. Would Recommend this to Everyone. Waitresses are Outstanding.

Lamplighter is a favorite! Price is great in the coffee shop! Food is very good. Weekly specials. Staff very friendly! Cozy and quaint. If your order isn't right they will make it right! Ordered the Delmonico wasn't quite cooked for me,the cook made it right and personally brought it out to me! They have great blue cheese dressing
The serve their is always good. Easy access from rt.22 highly recommend to visit the coffee shop at the Lamplighter. Also warm homemade bread! And deserts! Awesome!
I was here for a breakfast buffet. The food was good and the selection of items was excellent. The restaurant is older and that makes it unique and interesting which you don't see every day. The staff was kind and helpful.
The only drawback was that the coffee was very weak ☕.
Despite the bad coffee I would consider coming here again if I was visiting the area.
