Pizza Pi

Just called at 9:37pm and was advised they were closed for the night... i asked what time they close and was hung up on... I seen online they close at 10pm. Sad because their food is actually good but the way they treat their customers is disgusting. we work hard for our money and will never give to any establishment ungrateful for our contribution to small businesses!!! Lost a repeat customer!

They just sold me a pizza that wasn't what I ordered and it was cold. Then I explained it to them and a guy that couldn't speak English was yelling impossible. In other words they wouldn't fix my order. I assume they gave me an order that didn't get picked up. Ok so now you are willing to lie? You are showing what you really are. Fact: from the time I ordered, ( around 8:30 pm) til the time I called was about 30 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and walked up there and picked it up and came home. (I live 3 houses away from your establishment. When I called I wasn't even asking for a new order,ask the lady who answered, but wanted you to know that it wasn't my order because it was extra cheese which I don't like. And it was cold. Fact. And if you do speak English you should slow down so customers can understand

First time I have ever ordered from this place and probably the last time as well. I will say, my family loved the pizza so I guess they know what they are doing with that. I ordered gravy fries as my side and received plan fries. I will let that slide. The veggie wrap with no dressing on it was a soggy nitemare. The wrap itself was slimy and falling apart. There was so much liquid pouring out of the wrap that my container bottom was filled, which made the plain fries on the bottom soggy and mushy. Overall, my meal was inedible. I was able to scavenge a few fries off of the top of the pile. My dogs did enjoy eating it for dinner but they will eat anything. They also offer contactless delivery which I did request but the driver still rung my doorbell and handed me my order.

Absolutely LOVE the food from here, Never have any issues. Everything always taste so fresh. Their driver's are always nice and polite. My our favorite go too, when ever we have an order out night. Keep up the great work and always being so timely when you deliver too us!! You guy's and gal's are great! The cheese on the pizza ALWAYS taste so fresh, Which I love that. Between the extra sauce and cheese I always order it makes the best combination ever. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
