What an amazing restaurant! Very yummy food with great variety (both my meat eating children and vegetarian self were all well pleased). However, the greatest part of our visit was the genuine customer service. I’m assuming the man who helped us was the owner and simply the nicest owner in Delmar. He was so caring and generous. Our new favorite spot!

We order weekly from Extra Napkin. One of the best take out burgers I've been able to find in the area- always fresh off the grill. All are great but the buffalo burger is next world. Excellent wraps and salads as well.

We were 11 of us who were looking for a done in. Unfortunately this place was more of a take out place. The gentleman at the counter seeing our situation, came out of the pizza place and recommended quite a few dine in restaurants nearby. Really appreciate the gesture and the help provided. He didn't have to do it but still he did.

I ordered delivery via DoorDash. The Dasher brought a veggie pizza, I had ordered meat lovers "the butcher". Needless to say I was devastated that my cryptonite had been delivered. I called, Extra Napkin apologized, said they would make a new one now, but they don't have their own drivers, no way to get it to me. Dasher said he would go back, might take an hour. I was in a hotel, my vehicle a road tractor, on break, not allowed to drive. Napkin called me back, pizza ready no Dasher. They were very empathetic and nice and professional. Guy on the phone said the owner would deliver my pizza! Utter joy and appreciation. There are still very good people in this world. I was hungry man. Oh yeah, and the pizza was great!

Delicious food! Only reason I didn’t put five stars is because I ordered from Uber eats the Cajun shrimp Mac and cheese and it was just plain shrimp Mac and cheese, BUT it was still fricken amazing without Cajun seasoning! Lots and lots of cheese I loved it! Definitely will be ordering from here again!

GLUTEN FREE BUNs are wonderful. So fresh, I think their made in house. Burgers are the best around. We travel from troy to Delmare jit for these burgers 🍔 😋 🙌

I ordered the Delmar burger and it was delicious. My only comment is how I wasn't asked how I wanted my burger done and it came out medium well.
Despite it not my preferred doneness, the burger was very well made. The ingredients were fresh and the special sauce compliments the sandwich very well.
The fries were cooked properly. Crispy with a soft middle and not soggy.
Oh all that was served despite a power outage, so points there.
Liked that there was outdoor seating as we had a doggo with us. Not bad for a pit stop while in the middle of a long road trip.
