Not a good drive-thru…
Food is usually good, but the wait without any traffic is horrible. I’m talking 30 minutes for this lovely morning! Been here many times and still the same…
Also same receipt ballgame if you have to pull up; if you ask for it upfront the nice lady says it will be brought out with food and then they tell you to go inside to get it…

I ordered a double cheeseburgers with no pickle, fries and chicken nuggets. What I opened up was truly shocking to say the very least! I opened up the wrapper to find a half cut of a chicken sandwich. That's correct, HALF of a chicken sandwich. I don't understand anything about this order and this isn't the first time. I don't know what happened to the wonderful food or service, but it's now gone.

Omg we waited in line for at least 30 to 45 minutes 😒 but I guess it worth it because the chicken fries were actually pretty good but it made my stomach hurt afterwards

This is the absolute worst restaurant in Delhi Louisiana. The employees constantly have an attitude. The food is always cold and drinks are not balanced. They never have ice. They will tell you to back up and wait so that you are blocking the drive-thru all because of a timer. You wouldn't have to worry about a timer if you were prepared to serve your customers, you would have more customers if your employees were trained to provide customer service.

Stopped in to try the new hand-breaded chicken sandwich. It was good, nothing to complain about. The bun was just a little on the dry side but still delicious. I'll have to try the spicy next time. The service was great. There was a general manager there training a new employee as well as training the staff on other things. He was doing an excellent job. He was very courteous and seemed to be doing a good job. Would recommend this location.

When asked if they had anything similar to the McRib (since it was outbid season at McDonald’s) they told me to grow up and stuck their noses up. Horrible customer service and dirty environment.

This is such a nice team of people! Our order was fresh, hot and made exactly as requested. The man taking our order had the best tone and made us feel like he was happy we were there. This store should teach others how it's done.

Poor Burger King. Average quality burgers. Fry's and onion rings just don't compare to their competitors. Good place to go if you like the tast of their flame broiled burgers.
