One of the most personal shopping experiences I've ever had. The owner was just amazing and although she was helping another customer she went out of her way to greet me. Since she was busy another employee came right over to help. She as well was amazing. She answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable about what I was buying. Definitely not a pressure store. So laid back. I ended up with a new tea kettle and two different teas. They were exactly as explained and very tasty. Definitely an amazing place...

Wonderful shop with a beautiful selection of tea and gifts -- jewelry, clothing, tea-making essentials, fresh bread, and treats. Nicole, who was tending the counter, was very helpful and enjoyable to chat with. **Favorite Tay tea: Kyoto (Green with cherry blossoms and rose pedals). Also, great online store.

500🌟's‼ This is simply THE best tea shop, anywhere! These handcrafted teas w/ingredients grown locally & globally are made into custom blends that are just delectable, AND healthy! The owner Nini is a true artist & a delight to know - her depth of knowledge & abiding passion for her work is so inspiring. It's bc of her I became a tea drinker nearly 10 yrs ago! Altho I usually order online, I'm also lucky to be able to visit her in Delhi, NY a cpl times a yr when visiting relatives nearby in the beautiful dairy cntry of Catskill Mts. (just there last wknd♡). Her lovely shop is filled w/beautiful displays & an amazing selection of teas, + all you could want in accessories. She also sells a wide array of other products, including unique cookbooks, (I just bought one on Persian cooking!), exotic clothing, perfumes, beauty creams/products, etc., w/ingredients often obtained during her global travels - all handcrafted w/top-notch organic, wholesome ingredients. I cannot recommend enough, (and yup, clearly I'm a mad fan, lol!)🤩
