Chain pizza as you would expect it to be. Nothings crazy or flashy, but good. Staff was very kind and helpful, even offered to carry my food to the car because I arrived early

Great pizza and customer service. I wanted to order an xl pizza but mistakenly ordered a large pizza instead. My fault. The manager said no problem and gave me an extra pizza at no additional cost.

Pizza is pretty good if you like deep dish. Kinda big corporation feeling and tasting. I'm thankful for them for actually hiring their own drivers and delivering to our neighborhood. I eat it at least once a month.

Pizza was good. I walked in to order though, no menus on the wall or paper. I told them I wanted an eight corner pizza got a four corners instead. But it was good.

We have been repeat customers since this location opened. I usually call on my way home from work to
Order so it’s ready at the right time.
Now it seems the only way to order is online.
Not everyone uses online to order and when I’m driving it’s not possible.
Tonight a guy answered the phone and said I had to order online because they are to busy to take my order. He seemed to have the time to tell me my order is not important because they are way to busy for personal interaction.

Top notch workers at this location.
Had a mixup involving GrubHub once and the people here stepped up to the plate and made me a makeup pizza, salad, sandwich, AND free apology cookie. All this when the error wasn't even their fault.
Another time I ordered pickup and the pizza was ready at the EXACT time I asked for. Literally boxing it as I walked in.
Seriously, they have a pretty great crew here.

We love the thick bread like crust on this Detroit Style Rectangular Pizza. To our dismay we received a New York flat pie pizza. I called up the store and the manager was quick to acknowledge to mistake and was willing to bring it over ASAP - we had a replacement in 20 minutes. ( They were busy and running a normal 1 hour for delivery!) Although, I do not remember the guy's name that brought our pizza, I do appreciate his quick response and service. Great recovery!
