Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Ate dinner here last night and it was not a good experience. The buns and rolls were hard and you could tell they had been under the warmer for way too long. The macaroni and cheese was completely cold. The beef brisket was so-so, it has a very peppery crust on it that my family didn't enjoy and I don't think good BBQ needs that. The fries were ok but it's hard to mess up french fries. Maybe this was just a bad night for the business but unfortunately we will not be giving it a second chance. Update:. After our horrible experience, I was told I would be contacted by management about my experience. It's been a week and haven't gotten a response from anyone. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never go back.

I used to go to this place then it closed down and now that it's reopened the food is still good the barbecued brisket is still good I love brisket they have good food there the pulled pork is very good prices are decent they're not great but they're decent but the food is just wonderful. If you like down home good old fashioned cooking if you like Smoked Meats this is the place to go you'll have a good time good meal you'll walk out of their full and happy. Give it a shot if you like brisket if you like smoked Foods this is a tasty little stop over you need to try

Wow, this place has gone way down hill. The place was so smoky our hair and clothes smelled after we left. Only one person working behind the food line. So slow service my food was cold by the time I sat down to eat. The meat was dry, the rolls needed thrown away. Tried to serve me a hard burnt roll. Got the corn muffin instead, not to bad but no butter. The potato casserole and the baked beans weren't as good as they use to be. Let's not even talk about cleanliness. The metal trays they service the food on were so grossly greasy. Saw a few things behind the food line that will keep me from going back. And the topper was the customer service. There was another employee working in the dinning area the whole time we waited for the one employee to serve our food and check us out. He was sweeping the floor with other people sitting in the area. Didn't offer to help the other employee. Then dumped the Tea out to clean an hour before closing time without even asking if anyone was drinking tea. Of course we were and others there too. How rude!!! They have free ice cream cones on your way out that were really gross. Cones were stale and the ice cream was liquified. Left the restaurant so disappointed because I use to love it.

staff was very friendly and attentive. I've always gotten the brisket SLICED. I was told the chopped was less lean, but more flavor. I wasn't sure why that would make a difference. I ordered a half pound plus a sandwich and a half rack of ribs. everything was to salty. I actually like salty foods. I'll gladly eat anchovies out of the tin. tgis was just to salty. ribs were to salty as well. I'll be back, but SLICED brisket only.

I always get the beef brisket, fat trimmed. It's always excellent - or darned close to it. The guys that work there are hard working and get you served pretty quickly. The ribs are very good. They have 3 different bbq sauces. The sweet is the best. Try it. I think you'll like it. Leave the guys atip. They work hard.

You keep failing. 1 out of 4 times has been right. Can’t get orders right. Can’t let an online customer know something is out of stock. Cold food. It’s unfortunate, your food is really good. Customer service is lacking any effort and the execution is awful. Explains why your other location closed on 23.
