Waited over two hours today for delivery…. This is after consistent deliveries of one hour or more in the past. Do not order food here unless you want it the following day and made poorly. Absolutely terrible management at this location. Call me if you need a new GM this is outrageous should be the most profitable sub place in Delaware bar none.

I waited two hours and fifteen minutes for delivery when I live right down the street. It’s usually over an hour for delivery and I order about two-three times a week. But probably won’t be ordering here again. If the delivery times are that long they should let customers know. They are not freaky fast.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are the absolute slowest place EVER! So I decided to order on DoorDash because that should be way quicker right? Nope…. Because they use their own drivers to door dash. “18 min delivery” now I’ve been trying to call to get an update for the last 30 min and the phone doesn’t ring it just hangs up. Super frustrating! Can’t even get help through DoorDash but they don’t help if the store does there own deliveries.

This place is slow and inept. Placed an app order for “Freaky Fast” delivery. Approximately 10 minutes after I received a confirmation email I get a voicemail from them they can’t deliver my order. I call them back and was told that “the delivery driver is tired and it’s not safe for him to drive.” ???? What?? Unacceptable!! I said cxl my order. Then he tells me it will be 3-5 days to have my account credited. Never, and I mean never, will order from here again!!

First time at this location & all I can say is beware. Not once did I see them change gloves or wash their hands from position to position (register to sandwiches to phones to register back to sandwiches). I have been in the food industry for 15 plus years, it is something I love to do. With that being said what I saw here today isn't a good place to go for food. Cross contamination is the BIGGEST factor in food places. Maybe retraining? Or at least having a servsafe manager there at all times to correct these issues. I will never go to this location again. Let's be honest, I don't expect the employees to care as much considering how low their wages are ($9-$13). Better wages could help with getting better trained employees. Just some food for thought.
