Jimmy John's

I have had two experiences with them, both unpleasant. The first was an attempt to place an order for delivery over a year ago. I called and asked if they delivered to the development where I reside, about a half mile from their business and they said no. I just wrote it off. The second was an experience a couple of weeks ago when I decided to stop there. I placed my order, which included chips, a drink and a cookie. I am handicapped. After placing my order, I was having some difficulty trying to gather everything, including my credit card and my cane. The arrogant fellow behind the counter kept repeating to me that I pick up my order at the end of the counter, as if I were stupid. I am a retired college professor who is handicapped, not stupid. If he was sincerely interested, he could have assisted me. It is my last time in the establishment. Their inability to deal with patrons speaks volumes. Read the other reviews.

Tried the new wraps, they are... Different, but good. This place was packed so it was a little slower than I'd expect a Jimmy John's. First time to this location so can't speak of it. Cashier looked like a hard worker, but she clearly didn't want to be there. No smile and her look was definitely perceived as "great, more customers..." So didn't make us feel great ordering. The person at the end of the line who finished your order was nice enough. Meal tasted fine.

The sandwich was good but not cut in half and no napkins both were were requested in the app! Plus they forgot my beverage also ordered from their app Ordered again and it was again a messed up order! Still not cut in half, condiments all confused between 3 simple sandwich menu items! Really pathetic

Borderline excessively loud music. Professionally clean small dining area AND visibly hygienic clean food prep/cooking area. Sub was decent but a bit much mayonnaise. I offered a genuine "thank you" on our way out but no one acknowledged me or even looked our way. I'm going to assume it was the loud music & hopefully NOT inattentive &or poor customer service skills. Jimmy John's is the only decent semi healthy fast food on this trip. Hopefully we have a better experience & sandwich the next trip. Neither of us used the restrooms at this location so I can't give feedback on them. Meh. Better luck next time I guess.
