Maui Pho

I give it 5 stars in food 4 in customer servicié. Alyssa got our order wrong we ordered 4 3 item plates and when we picked up she only gave us two, I tried to order 2 more but since it was 8 she said the kitchen had closed the orange chicken and sweet and sour are so so good and we really enjoyed it’.

This place has been one of my favorited to dine in. I visit this place at least once a week and I tend to bring my family from out of town here. Although lately the quality of food has gone down a bit but it mainly depends on which day of the week you attend. I figured that during the weekend is when the food tends to taste better. The service on the other hand is one thing that keeps me going. For someone who wants to dine here I recommend going in on the weekends, there are two lady servers who make the experience of dinning there much better. They both greet you with smiles and accommodate you as much as they can when taking your order.They are always engaging in conversation as well as constantly making their rounds to make sure you are satisfied, even when the restaurant is at max capacity and you see them running around, they still take the time to make sure all the tables are fully satisfied and treat everyone equally. However, during the week there is an older woman waitress who lacks basic customer service skills. There is no greeting upon entering and when taking your order she makes it seem as though you are annoying her. She hardly checks on tables and when she does its only to drop off the bill. Had to ask her twice to refill my drink. She tends to sit with her friends and have loud conversations and tends to treats them better than any other customer. She's very short and rude when talking to you. There was one instance where I place a take out order and as I was picking it up I Kindly asked her for more sauce as she had only given me one to which she proceeded to say "thats too many". She makes the rating of this restaurant low. I will still be dining here because no place in Delano is better but ill just stick to visiting during the weekends and I suggest you do as well.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling down 99 south. It's a nice little spot serving asian fusion/traditional food. I ordered the chicken pho, broth was excellent with plenty of noodles. Wife orders the two combo platter with orange chicken and egg rolls. The plate was massive. The orange chicken was delicious and crispy. Everything was good. Definitely recommend stopping here for a bite.

Ordered sweet and sour chicken on door dash. Food arrived. Food looked good but all of a sudden i got a sour taste when i ate a spoon full. The chicken was good but the rice served along with it was SPOILED!!! WHY SERVE CUSTOMERS SPOILED FOOD. I didnt bother calling them because i know how they ran their restaurant. This was a second chance that maybe it was just a bad day for them but NO. SO BE ADVICED!! For the people COMING TO DINE IN OR FUTURE ONLINE ORDERS. This place is Below average. Especifically the old lady server, she likes to sit with customers that are eating. Mind you she takes 10 mins to serve beverages. She forgets to give napkins and utensils. She'd rather GOSSIP with eating customers then serve other customers. What A JOKE!! She Needs to GO. Will not waste my time at this place again. THIS PLACE HAS NO STANDARD. Lastly, for the price, portion, and quality is a RIP OFF.
