Pizza Hut

I have to wonder if the owner even cares about the store anymore, pizza was ok tasting but the way they cut it was laughable, we had the options of either a double sized slice or a half slice. We also ordered cinnamon sticks but got luke warm bread sticks that weren't cut, and to top it off the delivery driver was rude when dropping it off. We have ordered a few times from this place and just about everytime something was either wrong or missing, I kept holding out hope that they would get their stuff together but I think today was the last straw, order from the other places in town people and save yourself the disappointment.

Have you guys seen the breadsticks these days? It comes in one Big Slab what in the heck? And then they talked us into getting a cookie! Well it was the size of my son's head and thick and I think it was like 10 bucks it was not worth it. But I sent my son in and he said the person work and was really nice some lady

The toppings were very uneven… we ordered a half and half and the toppings only covered six of the eight pieces. In addition, we used the link in the email to check in and it said we were all set and someone would be out shortly. We waited 15 minutes then my husband went inside and the worker shamed him for not using the app and doing it wrong. Meanwhile our pizza was sitting there getting kinda dried out.

The delivery service has continued to spiral downward every time we order. We placed our order online at which time it said 45-55 minutes for delivery. So, we placed the order. That was at 5:39. My husband got then got a text message stating delivery would be 113-123. That is not what the website said. We wouldn't have placed an order for a possible 2 hour wait when we could have easily driven there and back for pick up in 30 minutes. At 6:15 pm it said it was out for delivery. I finally called at 6:40. They told me the driver was on his way, and that we were quoted 113-123 minutes. That is B.S. Not a very happy customer at all. If I could give you zero stars, I would have.

Order from them alot. Only because they are the only delivery place. They are always late. Boxes for the food look like they have been thrown or dropped on the way to my house. One night I waited over two hours to get my food. And when it was delivered it was ice cold. Tonight I ordered Carry out. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Drove all the way here. Walked in forty minutes after I ordered and was told my food hadn't been started on yet. Unbelievably bad customer service. Wish I could give it zero stars.

The Custer service was great! I placed the order online for contacted curbside. The employee brought my order out exactly on time and was very courteous. The pizza was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. I am and always will be a Pizza Hut fan over every single other pizza joint there is in Minnesota. I recently moved to the area and this will be my new pizza place forever! Nice job team! You are the best!

The pizza looked awful. I was just there 10 mins ago the green olives looked like they been sitting their for weeks there's no pepperoni on it hardly any sauce it looks like something little caesers would make a $5 pizza versus $16 I want my money back.... I got my money back thankfully and also they made me wait 20 mins just sitting there. Terrible service
