Trilogy Coffee

this my favorite coffee spot in DeLand! the staff is super friendly and service is quick, unless you’re ordering food since that’s made in a separate location. there’s wifi available so you can sit and do work. the coffee is great and there’s no extra charge for milk substitutes. there’s also a cute outdoor seating area to unwind while enjoying your drink.

Cute place, I liked the interior design. Very modern, sleek and clean. Staff was, nice... not super friendly but not rude either so can't really complain. The coffee was just.... okay, unfortunately. I had high hopes because it's local, close, and I wanted a small coffee shop nearby to become a new favorite. I just didn't care for the underlying taste of the coffee itself. I would be willing to give it another try but for the cost, I can't bring myself to regularly purchase coffee I don't love.

I've been coming here for years. I've always loved this places, the owners are great people, they are completely conscious of how they aquire theirs products, they care about their impact.. and as someone who is caffeine sensitive, I can only drink decaf, and it is EXCELLENT. I love coffee, I love coffee so much i used to drink caffeine coffee just for the taste, since it's hard to find good decaf (which gives me a pretty bad reaction). If the decaf is awesome, you know the regular stuff is awesome (I've tried it too and it is wonderful). I have been all over and it is hard to meet the same quality as i find here. And the staff is always great too :).

I was attending a festival in Daytona while staying in DeLand. I enjoy seeking out local coffee shops in lieu of chains and this place was an absolute delight. I was able to come here every morning for 3 days and I left happy every morning. I had the sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin; it was perfectly seasoned and the cheese was melted but not a dripping mess. I am not a fan of seasonal flavors, but at the staff recommendation, I tried the "sweater vest" latte and it did not disappoint - essentially their take on pumpkin spice. My other drinks were standard latte's and I appreciate that even in a to go cup, they added the heart. Trilogy does not overly sweeten their drinks so some might find it slightly bitter. For me, all I tasted was well-roasted coffee. It's clear they love coffee and the staff were nothing short of professional and friendly. Skip the Starbucks and support this local coffee house. The costs are comparable but the quality at Trilogy is without question. Grab a cup to go and enjoy a charming historic downtown area complete with a functional bell that tolls on the hour.

I usually brew my coffee at home, so I had to try out the pour over coffee at this place in DeLand. Coffee is really good! I also tried the cold brew which is also really good. The staff looks pretty bored with their job though, but as long as they know how to make coffee, I'm good. Worth a visit for all coffee lovers.

Great coffee and extremely friendly staff. They are dedicated to their craft and the once you walk into the shop you can definitely tell. The store has a simple wood interior that is perfect for undistracted work and their breakfast avocado toast is perfect for breakfast on the move. I definitely recommend this third wave coffee shop for the enthusiast and casual coffee drinker.
