Horrible service the girl keeps hanging up the phone on me when I call to order food then puts me on hold everyone I call an just leaves me ther the Pizza Hut in sycamore is way better !

The manager there is always friendly and nice. She also makes sure the pizza is made like she would like (especially cheese pizzas). Even when she has been the only one working in the restaurant making the pizzas and running the counter she has always shown excellent customer service.

These are my “breadsticks” I received at work today. Not cut. When i called to let them know the person who answered stated “our breadsticks have never been cut” when I explained I’ve ordered Pizza Hut my entire life he said “hmmm that’s odd, is them not being cut a really a significant problem” 🙄😒

Get a better gluten free crust, or cook it better. 3rd straight time the crust was either burnt or dried out to the point of it being brittle. Toppings are very good, but the crust is a total disappointment.

It took 2 hours for delivery. When I called I was lied to by one employee. Items were missing. Food was both over cooked and cold. Items were squished. Two of the three fresh seals on the box were broken.
This goes beyond the employees and falls onto management and corporate too.

Ordered at 6:00 pm with a 25-35 min estimate, pizza arrived almost two hours later cold.

My food was supposed to be ready at 1:45. I sat waiting for my food in my truck until 2:10. I called and asked when my food would be ready. They said o it is ready. I asked when will it be brought out and they acted like it was an inconvenience. Do no offer curbside pickup if you are not going to do it with a smile. I asked how long it had been ready and they said about 20 min. I will not be ordering pizza hut again unless my purchase is refunded. The food was not fresh and very disappointing for spending 90 dollars.

Great food, great service and affordable price. This is one of the places my roommate and I can agree on when we do delivery. I love the stuffed crust pizza, a d their bread sticks. The cookie a d brownie are very good too. When I want a Hawaiian Pizza this is my first choice as well. One of the best Italian sausage a d pepperoni pizzas too, if I don't do stuffed crust, pan crust is the way to go.
