Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped here with my family on a Sunday evening in October while traveling back to the Chicago suburbs. They would not let us use the restroom due to "Covid". Surprising since they allowed us inside and I thought health department code stated they have to have publicly available restrooms. Since we had over an hour to drive to get to our destination we considered finding another restaurant but decided it would be faster to just order and get back on the road. The music was so loud we could not hear the workers nor each other. We told the workers this but they did not lower the volume. It took 20 minutes from the time we walked in until our 4 sandwiches were made and we were the only customers in the restaurant. The making of the 4 sandwiches actually took all 3 girls behind the counter to make. Apparently they had difficulty hearing us as well because we discovered on the road that 2 of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. The sandwiches were delicious though which is what prompted me to provide 3 stars. The workers here do not provide a compelling case for minimum wage to be $15/hour.

They are under new ownership the girl behind the counter said. You can certainly tell. More organized and clean. The workers are all flying around and sandwiches are done fast. I was in the other day to give them one last chance. After this visit we will be going more often. They have totally turned the place around for the better. Keep up the good work!!!!

Ate here yesterday. Been over two years since I’ve been here. Gotta say, place seems much more put together.. stopped coming because it was always dirty, poorly staffed, and out of stuff I wanted to eat. Glad I gave it another chance. Kudos to whoever took this dumpster fire over and turned it around.

I typically don't like Jersey Mike's but my daughter convinced me to go the other day. I inquired about the wraps and the employee Amanda was very knowledgeable and friendly. I decided to go with the chicken ceasar wrap. Amanda did amazing and really made me want to go back. Which I have actually once since! I will definitely go back and encourage others to also. I appreciate Amanda, thank you!
