Domino's Pizza

We had a Gentleman that came into our Credit Union Yesterday. I said, "How can I help you?" He said, "I'm actually here to help you." Handed us over your pamphlet and told us about the deals. Less than 24 hours later, we just made an order and will probably again tomorrow. Great work to the Dekalb, IL Dominos team (or even just the very active, fun and informative guy walking around the neighborhood yesterday, being pro-active in marketing!) We heard you! UPDATE: HIS NAME WAS NOAH! HE DELIVERED OUR PIZZAS TODAY WITH A BIG OLD GRIN! Thanks Noah!

They make good pizza and I've been ordering here for a while, but they have gotten worse with customer service recently. They got my order wrong, so I called them back to let them know and they said I was wrong, my order was correct, and no mistake was made so they will do nothing about it. Pretty annoying, but whatever.

A couple of weeks ago, we ordered boneless wings, garlic twists and pizza. We received TWO breads, one in a box marked chicken, but no chicken. They said they would give me the chicken with next order, but it's impossible to get an actual person at the store. I got a call center guy who transferred me to the store just to get disconnected. Not happy :( So, we went ahead and ordered online. Not good. We did get chicken, but the wrong chicken and it was not free because of their mistake last time. AND they put the WRONG toppings on our pizza. The first time we tried this Dominos, I was actually impressed.... now that we've tried a few times.... nope, not good, they can't get anything right

This is usually a very nice place to go, but tonight I had a really bad experience. I'm referring to the evening of October 2nd. My order of 4 pizza and another item was supposed to be ready at 545pm. When I arrived there, I discovered that they didn't even start making my items yet, although the web app said the preparation started at 5:15pm. After 20 minutes waiting, I entered the store and I saw a total chaos. Phones ringing and nobody answering, orders made and accumulating on the shelves, people waiting already since one hour, employees going around without knowing what to do. Finally, after 10 minutes, a jung lady came at the register and I explained my problem. She chencked and said they hadn't even start making my order yet, and that if I was patient they would bring the order to my car outside. I went back to my car, another 15 minutes passed and suddenly the tracker on my phone said the order was ready and it was given to me 15 minutes earlier. So, I went back inside, but it wasn't until another 20 minutes that finally I was able to speak with somebody and show her the screen on my phone. The person I spoke with asked for my name and went to check and they found the order ready on the shelf, the exact same I noticed when I entered the store for the second time 20 minutes earlier. She gave the order to me, said sorry for waiting, and went for her business without even waiting for my answer. I have to add that the first of the two times I entered the store, I saw pizzas backing out of the oven and nobody grabbing them. One even finished on the floor. It was definitively overcooked. This is teh store where I usually go every Saturday to get 4 pizza and some deserts. I'm not sure now if I want to go there anymore.
