Grabbed lunch as we were leaving for a trip and it was so good we stopped comhome too. My salad was great and my husband lives the fried chicken sandwich. New go to when we are in the area!
The chicken was absolutely delicious. It had some of the best chicken sandwiches, and the fries were pretty average. It was a good experience.

this is the best fast food place that me and my family have visited while our stay in the panhandle I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Everyone was hard at work whether it was cleaning up because of course they were fixing to get ready to close or getting the customers food at the windows or to the front counter. All the staff were very friendly helpful and made you feel at home. I just want to recognize the management Hope, as well as other crewmembers, Lucas, Junior, Hayden ex… the food was amazing as always!!!😘❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow, had some delicious food here. This place was hopping so it took a little bit to get my food but that was I understandable as the line practically on the highway. All of my food was hot and awesome. The salad is massive.
I love the chicken finger meal! This is a brand new location with brand new management and staff. I'm sure they are still working the "kinks" out of training and team building. That being said, there is room for improvement in the wait time for food preparation. It would also be nice, if instead of waiting at the counter for my food, i could find a seat and have my food delivered when it was ready. Then the wait time might not seem so onerous. 😉 My drive thru experience was good. Even though i made changes and substitutions, the staff delivered my order correctly and quickly. As a side note, i think the salads are above average!
The yong folks in this Zaxbys were so nice! They were very respectful to customers & to each other, which is rare to see the days. Thank you for the great salads. May God continue to bless each of you! Pam.
Our food took over 30 minutes to get prepared and we were just getting it to go since we were on a 12 hour drive. They were out of some of the ingredients for a salad we ordered, not a huge deal in my opinion. All of the employees were very friendly and all appeared to be working very hard. May have just been a bad day, but if you're in a rush, you might skip this one.
Placed an order through the app that didn’t show up on either end. I showed manager where the money had been taken out of my account. She asked me what I had ordered and told me she would make the order anyways. They were obviously short staffed and she still came out very politely and fixed the problem right away.
everytime i go in zaxbys the food is always amazing ! the workers are always very pleasant , helpful, and respectful. i love some zaxbys!!!
