First time here, and we loved it! Great culinary gem - happy to have it here in Defiance. Awesome, creative food combinations/seasonings, excellent atmosphere, and superb service (Heidi B.). We had the Candied Bourbon Burger, Kobe Burger, and the Jerk Chicken Wrap. Can't decide which meal was better - guess we'll have to come back and try more! Great work, Sweetwater Chophouse!

I had a amazing time eating here. The food was perfect and so very delicious. Our server was spot on and very friendly. The restaurant was very well kept and a nice spot for my Wife and I date night. I ordered a drink fright with drinks of my choice with many from the local 4kd brewery next door being on the list.

Warm inviting atmosphere, excellent service and nothing tops the food.
Brussel sprouts are a must, Wagyu steak medium rare was perfect and our server Sean was fantastic!
This was a first time experience but certainly not a last -will be returning and recommending!

Looking for a place to eat, slip the franchise boring places and go here! One location with options. Service was great as was the food. Not easy to pull off a non-chewey pork chop sandwich but they did and not a typical flavor. Fries came out great and for dessert, might be one of the best creme brulee I ever had, if not for sure in the top, could hold back a spoonful before the pic. Prices were very reasonable.

For the area, Sweetwater is a lovely restaurant. Nice ambiance, friendly staff, and food prepared and served a step above most local places. Went with a few friends from work but it would also be a good date night option.

First time today for lunch. Service was excellent. They had a very nice soup and salad bar, the lunch sandwich special was spot on. Plan to stop again when back in the area

I enjoy going to Sweetwater Chophouse for literally any special occasion with my wife. The food is always fresh and delicious. Some people may think it's on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. Everything is cooked to perfection and the plating is pleasing to the eye. The cocktails and desserts are always a great start and finish to the evening. The menu is always changing so I'm always excited to see what new items have rotated in.

The food was excellent as always, just as nice was the scenery. It was nice setting at the windows looking at the snow covered golf course complete with a small herd of deer. What a place, Defiance is lucky to have this gem of a restaurant. Congratulations on 10 years of success wishing you many more.
