Food was prepared well. Nice and fresh. The real problem is that only the drive thru was open. Ordered the number ten combo... 10 piece fish with sides for 4.... again not a problem. Waiting for 20 minutes while they cooked fresh food was not really a problem. Drove 26 miles home because we live in a very small town with our carry out fish dinner. When we got home we found out that we had been given ten pieces of chicken planks. Food was actually prepared well just received the wrong order and then it took almost 45 minutes to contact someone, get our name in a book so that when we go through the drive-through the next time oh, they will correct our order. This incredibly lengthy process is why it's their only getting two stars

Service is terrible. Sat there for about five minutes before they took our order and it's been about 20 mins and we still don't have our food. Still don't know what drink we're getting with the kid's meal, we brought it up and she closed the window without asking what drink we wanted. We've heard them talking and giggling and seen them on their phone multiple times. If I hadn't already payed, I'd leave. There's four cars behind me and they still aren't doing anything. Update- Finally got our food, asked for vinegar and she gave us tartar sauce. She didn't even give us our drink and she was very rude. Didn't even give us the right receipt, we got the merchant receipt, which doesn't say what we ordered, just the total.

I would have given it a 5 star review except for the fries were under cooked. Other than that chicken was juicy and moist cooked perfectly. Fish and shrimp just as good. The star for me was the mac and cheese. Was so creamy and flavorful. The best nac and cheese I have had in a very long time. I will say they were very busy and working short of help. We assured the employee at the window they were doing a great job trying to keep up.
