Bob Evans

My grandma and I decided to have breakfast at Bob Evans. She selected the country-fried steak with eggs over easy, fresh fruit, and rolls. I chose the new strawberry French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and home fries. Each bite was as delicious as the next, and we left very full and very satisfied!

One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Incapable of producing quality food. (Dry overcooked burger, undercooked hashbrowns, over easy egg broke while they were cooking it so no yolk for the burger) Customer service is a joke. Already logged a complaint to corporate. Will not return to this location.

We stopped in today to grab dinner, we got put on a waiting list with NO ONE in front of us ( family of 6) and we were told 5-10 wait... We waited 30 minutes and were NOT seated! I asked the host how much longer and she said she was getting ready to seat us we waited another 10 minutes and finally we just walked out!!! She clearly had NO CLUE on the wait times she was giving out! We love the food but customer service is NOT THERE!!!!

When we entered this location there was at best 4 maybe 5 tables being used. There was what I could see 3 tables uncleared and the floors where a filthy mess. Our waitress was congested and wiping her nose on back of her sleeve. Even with all these conditions evident, everyone was up at the front counter yucking it up with the manager. Simple request seem to take longer than usual to get fulfilled. I am not one to complain about the small stuff unless it is multiple and affect the experience. Want be our last visit to Bob Evans but we will avoid this one in the future. Driving a truck allows us to visit many of them.

Service was terrible! After a 15 minute wait to be seated (which wasn’t bad) me and my two children waited approximately 25 minutes at a table with no one coming. I watched as others that got seated after us get their drinks and even their food with still no one coming to our table. I finally stopped a waitress and asked to speak to a manager. Manager was no better. She acted annoyed and told me that she hopes my day gets better. Unacceptable service and attitude from a manager.

The places food quality really went down hill. We had 4 people and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks ordered and we waited over an hour for our food to come out. When our food did come out it was all cold, and everyone’s food was burnt. The BLT bread was black, the meat bowl was burnt and all the vegetables in it were black. My friend only took one bite out of her food and after talking to the manager about it, instead of replacing the food or giving us reimbursement they took only $1 off of our $72 order. It was honestly pure pettiness and our waitress was also very rude. The wait time plus the quality and the staffs attitude was not worth the money. I definitely don’t recommend unless they get their act right. This in itself was unnecessary and it makes us not want to return.
