Nice location and store layout. The coffee was good, which mad me happy since each store seems to fluctuate from one to the next. Maybe it's the freshness of the beans and accuracy of the recipe. Overall nice experience.

This store became my regular spot for a while when I was commuting to Northbrook several times a week. I'm going to miss them! Anybody who likes Starbucks is generally happy going to one. My only issue with visiting today may in part be due to the pandemic. I ordered a drink on the app, which I rarely do. Also this is the first time I went to this location. There was a long line at the drive-thru so I called to confirm I could walk in. They said I could. Inside, I followed the markings and looked for my drink in the online pickup area but didn't see it. Turns out I was supposed to ask, which is fine, but I took off a star because nobody greeted me and nobody asked me what I needed. So in part I plead ignorance, and next time I'll be more aware. But I cannot give five stars for the service.

I use my mobile app all the time but the staff is always friendly and they're very quick in getting the orders out. There was only once they were behind when I ordered a sandwich but I think they were training a new member and it wasn't a long wait so I didn't mind at all.

This is our favorite Starbucks to visit when we are in Deerfield. It's an excellent location. We always get our drinks quickly, service quickly and always correct. They are always busy and they still manage to get this correct and out quickly, a plus-plus for me.

One of the better Starbucks. Quiet space, cozy corners and seats, clean premise, friendly and efficient services. Most of all, great coffee. I don't understand why Starbucks have inconsistent coffees but this Starbucks coffee has rich character, aroma, velvety milk and kick.
