Dunkin'

2nd Review: This is a large Dunkin with a great staff & plenty of seating. They have a drive thru too. I specifically come to this store because they still have the 3 ground coffees for $19.99. The other DDs raised their prices and don't offer this deal. If you have a DD card & accumulate points, you'll score a lot of free drinks. They gave me 42 freebies last year. I also like that this store has the sweet n low and the sugar out. 1st Review: Great iced Carmel latte.

I'm a regular customer of this location and I love Dunkin Donuts. The food is delicious and practical! I usually order online and pick up at the drive thru but the staff almost always forgets something; the penultimate time I ordered it, I was already getting home when I realized there was a piece of toast I had ordered missing. I had to go back to ask and they gave it to me. The staff is usually friendly, depending on who serves me. Today unfortunately I have to say that I didn't like the service. I waited almost half an hour to pick up my order at the drive thru now at the end of the morning, it's terribly hot outside and until then I didn't understand why it took so long, as there weren't many people in front of me. When it was finally my turn to get my food at the window, the woman who served me barely looked at my face and only gave me one drink, I said two and it said so on the receipt. She ignored me and gave me the food. That's when I asked again for the second drink. She looked over and went on to make the hot coffee I'd ordered online, and I must say, she didn't seem to be in a hurry. I got home and noticed that my caramel iced coffee is WITHOUT the caramel! And without sugar. I had to add sugar here at home, and we know it doesn't stay the same. Anyway… I am saddened by the lack of interest that some people have in serving customers well.

Honestly this is the best Dunkin’ staff out there. So happy this is the one within walking distance of my home. AND. Clean bathrooms.

Every day, I make my way to this exceptional Dunkin' Donuts , and I'm consistently blown away by the equally exceptional staff. They're a well-oiled machine, operating with precision and a focus on not only delivering my order accurately but also with a warm and friendly smile. The small touches like this go a long way, and I've been a regular here for years, watching the staff rotate and change, but the level of quality and customer service remains unparalleled. This is a true testament to the excellence of the management. A visit to this Dunkin' Donuts is always a delightful and consistent experience.
