New Friendly Kitchen

Hi! So I'll be honest, I had just moved to New York and the first place we went to did us so dirty. So when I saw New Friendly Kitchen I was very hesitant on going in but eventually decided to take a chance at fate, little did I know how much their General Tao's chicken with shrimp lo mein would change my life for the better. See I can't handle too-too much spice, so I was reluctant to get it but the aroma brought back memories of my grandparents eating the General Tao's chicken from back home and got it anyway. Once I saw it, I noticed it had just the right amount of sticky sauce, it was churchy but soft too (Which I loved) and from the moment I tasted it, I was immediately reminded of the times I had with my grandparents. Since I recently lost my grandmother, this moment made me burst into tears (Happy ones of course) when I had gotten home. It wasn't too spicy and had a tint of sweetness, an paired with the Shrimp Lo Mein turned out to be the right choice, The dish was very very Delicious. I do recommend this fine restaurant with all my heart, I hope you visit and enjoy these wonderful dishes.

I love Chinese food & I order take out weekly. I stopped going to my main Chinese food location that I visited for 2 decades because this place tastes so much better to me! They only have 2 sit-down tables there, so the dine in atmosphere isn't good, but the food that I've ordered is! Chicken, shrimp or beef w/broccoli, beef satay on a stick & the vegatable lo mien dishes, never disappoints me! The prices are reasonable like any other Chinese food in the area. I highly recommend them!

Great Chinese food here! Great service as well. I’ve been going to friendly kitchen for years and I won’t even try a new place because it’s hard to find good fresh Chinese food. Food is always fresh and tasty! Fast delivery service too. And when you call them they always makes sure your order is correct. Definitely eat here! It’s so good.

The boneless spare ribs are cooked to perfection! Juicy and not too tough. Just right. I usually order fried dumplings and today, the chef made them the best ever..new recipe maybe? The dipping sauce was also delicious. Best chinese in Deer Park hands down (i have tried so many places). Staff is very nice and FRIENDLY!
