I recently visited this location for a private birthday celebration and was blown away by how well the night went. The energy of this location was lively and fun, everything was very clean new-looking, and the waiting staff was superb. Our party's waitress, Amelia, was arguably one of the best waitresses that I've had... EVER. She was so incredibly attentive, personable, and kind. I really look forward to visiting this location again!

If you want to wait 45 minutes for a table, another 30 for a server and then an hour for 1 drink and an app then this is the place for you!! Every server (even management) looked like they were off something and totally oblivious to people being around waiting to be served. One was rude and refused to even offer us a drink because we “weren’t her table”. If you go here stick to bowling or sit at the bar! At least the bartenders were amazing and not spaced out. This place used to be the place to be on a Friday night…. So disappointing!!

Service was slow and poor, drinks were warm, felt invisible when playing pool while waiting for 2 hours for a lane, lanes were too dark and they wouldnt let us extend for another hour. Will not be coming back again. Update: Emailed Evan on 4/28 and as of 5/4 still not heard anything back. So much for being reachable day & night. Definitely will not be coming back.

Called day before and asked to make a reservation. Said they don't make reservations ahead of time but they're efficient so not to worry. Thank god our friend went on Saturday 2-3 hours beforehand and put in our name. Got there at 8pm and lane still wasn't ready. Kept being told it was 45 minute wait. Finally get our lane and didn't even get through 2 games of bowling with 5 bowlers before our time ran out. It was $24 per person to bowl. Asked for an extension to finish our 2nd game and was told no, because there was a wait list. They also ran out of beer and the bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper. Skip this place. There are other places to bowl that are way cheaper and just as fun. This place is overpriced, NOT EFFICIENT like they claim, and not worth the hassle. Edit: Manager reached out to me with an email and apologized for the issues I described. Hopefully, the next experience will be better.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We visited back in February for my friends 21st birthday. There was an hour wait to bowl, which was not a problem for us so we sat at the bar tops. We were carded when ordering drinks, which also was not a problem as everyone presented a real license. My license was from Rhode Island so the waitress told me she had to scan it in order to prove it was real. I had no problem with this as it is a real license that isn’t expired. The waitress came back and said that my license was not real and that she was unable to take it. I asked to speak to the manager as this was not fair that my real license wasn’t taken, but all my friends were served. The manager came back to the table with my license and it was completely snapped in half. He told me that my license was fake and was completely unprofessional with the matter at hand. He explained that real licenses don’t snap, but if you bend any license hard enough, won’t it snap?? I had to end up calling the police to file a report since the manager had no business snapping a license that is real and unexpired. The manager Joe is completely unprofessional and I would never, ever recommend King’s to anyone and will never give them my business ever again after they damaged personal and government property.

Just walked in on Sunday at 8:15pm. Plan was to sit and eat and then maybe a little bowling or pool. 10 mins later we left after not a single employee in the place stopped at our table to take our order or at the very least ask if we needed help or explain that they would be with us shortly. The kicker was the place was not busy. Front bar area closed, smaller private party in function room, handful of people in arcade, half the lanes were empty and the bar/billard area was half full. Now enjoying dinner at the YardHouse instead and never going back.
