Great food! Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond my expectations when they accidentally sent me the wrong item. They made it right and I waited maybe 10 minutes for the driver to return with my correct order and free bottle of soda! Can't ask for anything more than that! This why ill continue to do business with them! Highly recommend!!

Love, love, love this place. All food prepared well, employees are customer centered. Most importantly, no one looks at me funny when I order a pickle pizza.

To begin with, fast food is not fast, nor is it cheap. You would think that owners of pizza joints and similar eateries would poeses a keen awareness of this in their service to customers. After careful review of the menu at East Dedham Pizzeria, I decided upon two large pizza one topping, which according to the menu was $14.95 ($29.90 plus taxes). It came as a total surprise when the owner charged me $50.00 claiming that the selected item (chicken) counted as three items. Even when I factored in the effects of restaurant closures during the pandemic, I could not bring myself to pay three time as much for something as readily available and abundant as chicken. I ask to cancel one of the pizzas which I thought was generous on my part given the absences of any mention that an Item could actually constitute three Items, and no longer was I paying $14.95, but 19.95. They offer no apology and insisted that I wait 3 days or a refund as if they didn’t have $30.00 cash available. Done with Fast food and done with this joint. Bad experience didn’t like the way I was treated will not return will not recommend it. Do your health and wallet a favor and avoid these joints

The place was on way home so I stopped in to get a quick bite. I got greeted an served right away with an italian sub everything looked fresh and bread wasn't to hard it was a little firm but not stale and it the establishment looked clean. The woman who was answered phone and was touching her glasses made my sandwich with the same pair gloves !!!! I just wanted to see if she was going to change gloves she didn't!!! 😲 With everything that is going on these days you have to have more mindfulness of things like that. I actually didn't eat my sub cold I had to heat it up.😔 that's what stop me from giving this a higher rating of 4 or more

Plenty of parking, the pizza place isn't ..Theyre more of a 3 and half star..They try and do a good job..it is probably one of the better pizza places, but the attitude was there, maybe he had a bad day, dont know
