I was very disappointed in my Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. And I have other issues before. This time I called to speak to the manager. Very apologetic. And I am now getting my sandwich refunded. She had offered a full refund but I did enjoy the fries and still drinking the coke. The food quality could do with improvement but the staff has always been friendly .

This Arby's is always quick, efficient, and correct. The employees here do a great job and I have had 0 complaints or issues after going here many times. My only problem? Pay your employees more! Other than that, great place to get food. :)

My favorite fast food restaurant in town! On my last visit I had there new Wagu burger it was superior in quality to any burger I have had from any fast food restaurant!

Good food. Good service. I love their mozzarella sticks. I left and they accidentally had forgotten one. I called and they apologized and put my name on a list for next time to get another full order. Very accommodating. Very friendly. Fast service.

355 in the afternoon oh sorry Mr 18 wheeler whose driven for 6 hours thinking about that Arby's well dang I walked over after parking to find the door locked sorry no lobby service. Gee this don't fit in the drive thru guess it's the nice McDonald's in Indian Lake that even if drive thru only still feds truckers. Last dime was spent at your location. Rest in Peace Arby's of Decatur you're next .

They did not complete my order and I ended up not having lunch for work because people can't read a screen and put the right items in a bag. It's pretty elementary and they couldn't handle the job. Then I ended up calling and the manager hung up on me. How professional! This is why fast food workers shouldn't make more than minimum wages.
