Had my grandson's 5th birthday party at the Decatur, AL location and it was the best! Our hostess, Keri, was awesome with the kiddos and she took care of everything for me. The food was hot and fresh and overall the party was worth the money! This definitely will not be our last party there ☺️❤️🎂

Although a little further drive from Huntsville, this 2nd Chuck E. Cheese in the area is fairly new with brand new video games, conveniently located in the Decatur mall.
If you haven't been to one in a while or at all, they actually have good pizza now with plenty of garlic butter on the crust.
My daughter reserved a birthday party for her youngest at this location but it somehow changed to the main Huntsville location, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating and modified the reservation to this Chuck E. Cheese.
They are very generous with birthday parties for the young children and they all had a blast playing games and dancing with Chuck-E.
It's nice to see places do away with the nass of physical paper tickets and have an arm band /card that you swipe to play video games for 2 hours... and the tickets are stored on the card to redeem for presents at the prize counter.
The kids got balloons and Chuck E Cheese cups to take home as well.
3 games take pics of the kids that they can take home as souvenirs.
Kids and family members are arm-stamped at the door for security.

So fun and kids had a blast. Bought them a weekly pass so they can come back every week and play for an hour and have pizza. They are so excited.

We had such a great time! The woman who was working today deserves a raise. She actually cleaned the highchairs from top to bottom. Ive worked in restaurants for 14 years and honestly a lot of people just dump the crumbs off and call it day. She actually cares about making sure things are clean.

It was really fun the kids had a blast I would like to be able to find coupons like you guys use to have in the paper and more of a variety of prizes to choose from but thanks for the fun and exciting time we had

The service was great and my babies enjoyed themselves. The only problem I have is that, they're getting your food utensils with their bare hands and not with gloves that they've just taken money with. There has got to be a better way of doing it the sanitized.

Rude staff. They rolled their eyes most the time. My sister’s son wanted to leave about 20 minutes of being there because staff were staring at him and giggling.

A lot of fun, clean and sanitized, pizza was good, staff was friendly and helpful, was able to use 2 coupons so it didn't break the bank taking 3 kids.
