Burger King

We were hesitant to try BK based on previous experiences a LONG time ago. But my daughter had never been, so we went on a limb. Drive thru customer service was spectacular! This location is attached to a gas station and the menu board was all scratched, so it looked sketch. But our order was correct and the food was warm so no complaints there. My husband and I both ordered the chicken sandwich. The breading has a certain seasoning in it that reminds me of frozen chicken you get from Walmart except this chicken also had a weird shape. It was not just a chicken patty-shape, it had knarls and kinks in it. Our sandwich was made with potato bun which is my fave which hosted a horseradish/mayo-type sauce on it, but I didn’t like the way the flavor of the sauce clashed with whatever seasoning is in the breading. I am going to feel confident in assuming the chicken is not breaded in house but rather are trucked frozen so the taste cannot be changed though. No biggie, I can always go somewhere else for my chicken sandwich cravings after all it IS called BURGER king. And my daughter did enjoy her burger. My deduction of a star is due to the actual taste of the food as it wasn’t my preferred taste, even though the fries are great! But customer is on point. So if you’re driving through and need a quick place to stop, not a bad pick.

They have gotten rid of all the old worn out stuff and have brought the place to a state of the art place and customer service as always without the stupid tablets their competitors have. I have been craving a burger for over a week. But not just any burger. It had to be a BK burger and got what I wanted and needed today along a. Friendly smile. Thanks for who you are and what you do. Burger King use to be have it your way. I guessed that changed I roll through drive through actually in a rush but I'm depleted so not trying eat heavy but I got a mad craving for some Hot fresh salty fries and a Cold drink not Ice cold and watered down just a cold drink. So I order a Large fry with extra salt please and a medium coke no Ice. The lady can't hear I repeat myself twice to hear this as a response. "I will put you salt on the side just pull around". I pause like this not what I asked for or said. And this asain lady actually through 2 salt packets in my bag. This Manager at the window didn't not understand my request nor my reasoning but for her convenience she throughs salt in my bag. They petty me wanted to drive off, pull those two salt packets out that bag and throw teem at her or on the ground with her watching me do it but in a rush. I accepted the order as presented even though frustration. I noticed somebody there other than the manager had common sense to salt my fries as requested THANK YOU. Because Luke warm fries don't hold salt. I was already having a long day but those salty fries and that coke just gave me life at the time. Oh yeah the Alvord/paradise location is the best.

We hadn't eaten all day . I spotted Burger King. Flash Back from my childhood came to me. I had the wooper, Stella had the Chicken sandwich, and JR had His Children Nuggets. I inhaled mine before we got half way home, it was great? Maybe not as good as when I was 16 but a lot of things have. Still all that for under 12 bucks can't beat i🎠
