Chicken Express

I have been using this chicken express since around 2005. My experiences with them have been up in down depending on who it is that is working and who is managing at the time. There have been a few times where I have gone and gotten chicken that was not cooked completely and other times where I have asked for dipping sauce paid for the dipping sauce and did not receive any dipping sauce whatsoever I will say this though if you are looking for a filling meal for lunch or to feed the family this is probably going to be your best bet for the amount of food you get towards the price that you pay as well as possibly having leftovers for the next day which was always great for our kids. So if you are in decatur and you are hungry and want something Different try this chicken express but if you are in a different city I would definitely recommend trying that city's chicken express but remember they are all iffy on service and chicken quality.

This is a horrible store. I’ve never had good a experience, but tonight I waiting for almost 30 minutes to be told they couldn’t fill my order because “they were out of chicken” but I see the vehicles behind me all getting food. When I asked how that was possible, I was told they were “call ahead orders”. News to me that that is an option! It was only 8:00 and I was being told that they were already closed! Zero stars, but not an option.
