I had an error with my order (my fault) and was in a little bit of a panic because I couldn’t figure out how to get a refund. I went in and spoke with Sunshine the manager and he was so helpful and kind to me. I honestly didn’t expect a resolution based on my prior experiences in Houston, but was so relieved that they helped me even though it was my fault. Thank you Sunshine! Give that man a raise!!!

Pleased with my experience. People were friendly. My food was made to order and it was marked with "special order". Service was quick.

Horrible management! I ordered a chicken power bowl asked for no rice and extra chicken came home and there was No chicken! Took my order back they accused me of eating out of the bowl which I did not and argued about giving me my money back. I will never be back after this incident.

Rediculous that when someone has a large order that you allow a large quantity of people sit in the drive through. When someone has a large order in the drive through you should be parking that customer by the front entrance and getting more customers taken care of.
