Service was quick, staff was busy, not rude and not friendly. Just there. Overlooked due to the amount of customers. Food was hot and fresh. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. There wasn't enough bacon on it to even call it a BEC biscuit. Seems to be an issue company wide that they are reducing costs by cheating the customer out of food. This is not the first Hardee's to skimp on your order. Overall though it's clean and consistent.

Kristin was super sweet! Alot of times when you go to a fast food restaurant you don’t really get the best service, but she was really nice! Got my order out fast! I will definitely come back to this Hardee’s location.

Rise and shine my butt; get to work and looking forward to the breakfast and find hair in your food. They was so rude if I didnt know any better I would say it was done on purpose. This is so nasty I would never recommend this place!

Breakfast food excellent service good but trying to eat a gravy @ biscuit in a vehicle can get very messy. The lack of a dining room restrooms and trash cans are the reason for my low scorra. r company needs to get their act together !!!! Why can Mcdonald's keep theirs fully operational ?

Hardee off I65 before the Cullman exits 2 stars for service window. Haven't ate there in a year, very disappoined In their Chicken Biscuits they were very salty. In the past I've alway ordered their chicken Biscuits spending 6.00 dollars on a sandwich you can't eat is wrong especially when your hungry!

Very slow, prices not on menu. Lobby not opened, maybe due to staffing issues. I normally like Hardee's, this one, needs some help. Was 15$ for two burgers and small fries. Waited in parking lot for a bit to get. No special order. Kinda little crazy there. Food was good though. Lol

Dining room permanently closed. Drive through slow and inconsistent. Not to mention a simple ham biscuit will cost you $4.35. A chicken biscuit $5.76! That’s just the biscuit, not a combo!
