Staff was very nice and welcoming. Very great personalities.. found a hair in my food that was not mine, and the waitress was great about it had my food re made without a fuss. Will be back soon enough. Keep up the great attitudes.

The staff is very friendly the food is delicious. I get scrambled cheese eggs cravings occasionally and waffle house is the only place around who makes em better than I do. Thanks for your hard work Decatur,Al beltline waffle house! 🧇

The food was good as always our waitress was very eager to see us happy however I ordered the breakfast that comes with a waffle and she forgot the waffle and I figured I could probably do without it. I wish I could remember her name she was sweet.

Stood in line for about 25 mins had 3 gentleman ahead of me to order when I walked in. Woman that was sitting down got up and got in front of the gentleman and said she was meant to order next. Proceeded to keep waiting to place an order, was constantly being harassed by man got in line behind me and then another man walks in…one of the cooks immediately starts taking his order yet there were 5 of us before him and 3 of us had been standing there almost 1/2 and hr. I finally just walked out. Horrible customer service

Waffle House #2120 in Decatur Alabama has become one of my favorites. I am always alone but their staff makes me feel like one of the family. They help each other and everyone works until the work is done. There is continuous cleaning going on. Today even the cook during a break climbed up on ladder and remove the light covers so they could be cleaned. They have regular customers and the staff makes a point of calling them by name and speaking to them several times while they're there. And of course their food is always excellent.
