Nice little restaurant/bar right on the Tennessee River. Beautiful views around sunset. I ordered the cheese sticks as an appetizer and a regular cheeseburger with French fries and onion rings. It was all good.

Great little bar & restaurant right on the Tennessee. Can get crowded. Food was slow to come out, but we were pre-warned by our waiter, so no worries there. The appetizer did come out quick to tide us over, and she made sure our beers weren’t empty while we waited.
The food was great! I had the blackened tuna sandwich. Perfectly seared and medium rare. Huge piece of tuna. And reasonably priced for what I got.
Wouldn’t hesitate going back if I was in the area again.

Redneck heaven. Like visiting a live shoot of Floribama shore. Reasonably priced and good fried food. Not many healthy choices. Nice outside eating area if you don't mind plastic chairs that you stick to and people smoking at the next table.

Great atmosphere, great drinks and even better staff!! Love this place and love going here. 10/10 would recommend. Other reviews in previous days may be a little misinformed of previous encounters at Hard Dock. I worked here the previous summer and it was one of the best jobs I’ve had. Love everyone here!

We arrived at 3:30 p.m. website said that they opened at 3:00p.m. got there and they didn't open until 4:00 p.m. Advertised peel and eat shrimp and they were out. The service was good and friendly. Overall food was not good, mostly frozen items that were just fried and served. Did have nice view of the Tennessee river.

Not very friendly staff and food is substandard from a health standpoint. Beware, most staff members are of this current generation and reveal they weren't taught common courtesy and manners towards customers. Take a short drive and go into Decatur for better or scoot over to Guntersville at Fire by the Lake or even the new place on the Point called Legends by Spring Creek Bridge. Both far better scene and staff than this.

The atmosphere was very good along with the views.
The wait staff was very polite and friendly
But the food was horrible I opted for the catfish dinner and it sucked I would have had a better meal at captain D's
The catfish feel apart and the French fries were very greasy and bland it was supposed to come with coleslaw but we didn't receive it.
Will there be a next time who really knows
If you're just looking to get plastered or just really hungry after a day of boating on the Tennessee river then then I guess it's ok then

Definitely don't recommend the drinks don't taste like normal drinks as far as cocktails. They only had half the menu available so the only thing you could eat is all fried food. Went outside for dining they said help yourself to the seat but hey every table was filthy they didn't have enough staff working for the facility the food was horrible the view was great definitely would not recommend this place if you're looking for good food and good drinks.
