First visit since the change to kiosks. No complaints here. Life changed and we had to adapt. No point in taking that out on the staff. Food was exactly what we expected after years of patronage. The lack of breakfast was more of a shocker. Staff even came out to confirm if my strange burger order was perhaps a snafu of the kiosk, so the quality control is there! We will be back!

Shame on you steak n shake for taking jobs away for computers. It definitely wasnt the same steak n shake it use to be. The best part of the entire visit was the older male hostess He was so helpful and nice.. Steak n Shake Will be a restraunt of the past before too long... we def won't be visiting again.

I LOVED this place but now every burger tastes like mushroom and onion, they're obviously not cleaning the grill anymore. The manager litterally could not care less if she wanted to. Corporate doesnt care either... so long favorite burger place. Wonder what else is out there.

I have had many meals at this steak and shake location at all hours of the day and I never had bad service. When I was on 3rd shift we frequently ate our meal here. The food has always been good, the restaurant has always been clean, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of for being on a road with a divider in the middle.

Proud 👏 of all of them especially the young lady that bought into the franchise during covid19 and it making it work. For the money it is the best around without paying 15.00 for a burger 🍔 meal. They staff are always kind.
