Very speedy and courteous! Took all of ten minutes to get an order for three for my daughter and her fellow coworkers at CAT! Even being extremely shorthanded, they did their very best to provide me with excellent service. I've been in the food service since I was 15, and they represent the hard work and dedication it takes to give the customer what they desire! Giant thumbs up!!!

Very good, very fresh ingredients in a Chipotle-style fast-fresh burrito place that also features loaded tater tots. The menus are a little hard to follow and the overall feel of the place isn't incredibly comfortable, but the staff was friendly and our burritos and tater tots bowls were both excellent.

Used to be great, now it’s just a shell of what it once was where can I start. The employees stand there and just stare at you just run away other then the one guy making my food even when there’s a line! They get overwhelmed real easy, and don’t know proper sanitation, the counters were all dirty too. Awful customer service other than the one guy helping me and the others he was great exactly how everyone should be. Food is hit or miss lately. I Just feel how bad it’s run down won’t be coming back. Also they can’t seem to manage there online presence very well either don’t care about reviews all the hours are different across there website, google page, and door. Especially delivery can only Be placed on the website and it said it goes till 8:45 but shuts down at 7:30 sad do better solsa. Get employees who care

Costumer service was HORRIBLE. Most costumers did not have a mask on, and I was just there for pick up. I was told I can’t pick up my food due to me not having a mask on but some people ordering DIDNT and even weren’t turned away!! My food was cold even after they “freshly” remade it. Horrible. Don’t waste your time!

Placed an online order for pickup with a pickup time around 6pm, when they supposedly close at 8pm. Pulled up to get the food and the place was completely locked up, no sign on the door, nothing. Went to get a refund a few days later, and it was clearly an inconvenience - had an email receipt showing how much was paid (including tip) but was only refunded the amount the ticket rang up to because there was "no proof" in their system that that had been paid I guess. Except the receipt they sent to my email but whatever man Solsa used to be great, I used to eat there almost weekly. This used to be a 5 star review. Now I've got no intention of going back.

We ordered on Saturday 1-6-22 Food was horrible both bowls were disgusting One had so much salt it was disgusting it made you sick to your stomach Than the other one had way to much cheese I love cheese but that was over kill that all it was I’d like to have a refund it cost a lot I called the restaurant explained to them that supervisor could care less bad service We have ate there many of times and never have had bad food till now and bad service We aren’t eating here again !!!
