I have had several bad experiences and will not be returning to this location. I have had my ordered cancelled once when I did not show up within 30 mins of my order. I placed an order online and it took almost and hour and half to get my pizza since they ran out of pizza dough. I just placed an online order for a two topping pizza and when I received my email receipt I noticed one of the toppings were wrong. I called the location immediately and was placed on hold for almost five minutes. I hung up and called back and explained the situation and they said they had already cooked the pizza. I asked if I could cancel the order and place an order for the pizza with the correct toppings. The staff member told me she could not due that since she was risking me ordering another pizza and canceling it. She said if I had any other issues I needed to address with her, I would have to call her back because she had a line. She did not try to resolve the situation or even offer anything to show she did not want to lose my business as a customer. Despite the bad service, I have faithfully ordered from this location for the last three years but after this last incident, I will not be returning. I would suggest any other customers who consider placing an order at this location to find another pizza hut in their area.

The worse pizza hut I have ever went to. I ordered a pizza from them before and thought the taste was off but maybe it was just me. The next week we ordered two pizzas from the online site. My pizza delivered was incorrect, they messed up the toppings and the crust flavor on both pizzas. I called the manager and he agreed to redo the order. Now I had to wait another hour for my pizza. Mind you, it was a Tuesday afternoon, not a busy time but the wait for delivery was minimum of an hour. When the second set of pizzas finally came there was a long strand of black hair cooked all throughout the pizza. I literally lifted one slice and the strand of hair was connecting to the other slices. It ruined my appetite completely. I drove up to the pizza hut with both pizzas in hand and was met with so much attitude. The manager suggested that the hair could be mine but my hair is red and the hair was cooked into the pizza plus the lady the was in the back making pizzas had long black weave without a hair net or anything to pull her hair back. Even when asking for my money back I received attitude and at first was told that I couldn't have one. I hate having to get out of my character but I was not leaving without my money in hand. I will never go back to this location. I now drive 10 minutes to the other locations or get delivery from domino's.

OVER two hours of waiting for two pizzas (that still never came after my call to complain). The girl who answered the phone was kind enough to say I wouldn't be charged so long as I didn't sign for it and the pizza came back to them. Are you effing serious? I didn't want it even if it was free at that point since I had to cook something quick so my kids could eat and get in bed on a school night. Oh, and I don't buy it for a second that it's out for delivery for that long due to traffic when I live 2 miles away. Your customer service is bad, and you should feel bad. I will not buy from this chain again. You aren't the only pizza place in town, you just happened to be my kids' favorite. Not anymore.

My bf ordered while I was driving home after a long serving shift. I was a little off put by the locked front doors, and having to be "buzzed" in, but considering the neighborhood it makes sense. "Carl" promptly greeted me and showed nothing but excellent customer service the whole time I waited for my order. He made great small talk and cracked a cpl sincere jokes. I left, having a complete 360 experience from previous customers. Left a good tip and with a positive attitude towards this establishment and its employees. Thanks Carl!

Straight garbage and pathetic service. We visited stone mtn and stoped here to eat. I tell you this is the worst pizza hut I ever been to. They give you pizza in a box even if you are eating there, I'm used to getting them hot on a pizza pan like the all other pizza hut. Also we asked for some crushed red peppers, they said they don't have any. Then asked for parmasan cheese, they didn't have that eather. Then I told the lady what kind of pizza hut doesn't have those two things? She said, " Idk , I don't own the place or anything" really people? Pizza hut need to come in and fix this mess, otherwise won't be in business for too long.
