Dunkin'

I went through the drive thru to get a dozen donuts. The young lady asked me to come inside because the sign was outdated. I told her that I knew what I wanted so I could make an order without coming in. I asked for the old fashioned donuts, double chocolate and Jelly flavor donuts. I paid for my order and drove home. When I presented the donuts to my mom we noticed that all of the donuts were hard and a couple looked damaged. I had to heat the donuts to soften them. The old fashioned donuts turned out to be plain cake donuts. They should be embarrassed offering such poor quality donuts 🍩 😕.

This location is TRASH! There’s always something. They lock the doors in the morning and make everyone go through the drive through even if you have a mobile order. And when you can walk in to get the mobile order it’s hardly ever ready. No matter how soon you order it. What’s the point of the “convenience” of a mobile order if I can’t walk in to pick it up or it’s not ready when I arrive?! And don’t get me started on who I’m presume is the manager. Her attitude is absolutely disgusting. She gets angry at customers just for them asking her to do her job properly. I understand times are hard and good help is hard to come by but you all have to do better. How can America run on Dunkin if the Dunkin’ is poorly run?

G H E T T O!!!!!!! Ghetto, extremely unprofessional & very rude. & This person with orange hair has an airpod in her ear having a personal conversation while we stood there waiting for her to acknowledge us (never did). She doesn't change her gloves after touching that hair and touching equipment and machinery.The guy at the drive-thru finally came to the register and assisted us.

My husband and I were there Thursday, Oct 3rd. The first thing that caught my attention was how clean the ladies room was. Whoever the young lady that cleaned it did a thorough job. Next ws the staff, i'm sorry guys, my husband lost our receipt and I dont have your names but we where there around 11am. Great team, great establishment and great food.
