Ihop

Hello foodies, our latest stop has taken us to the IHOP in Debary Florida. We've eaten here before and have left with different levels of overall satisfaction. This trip in particular all the staff worked to bring a great dining experience. Torry, our server was fantastic and kept up with her section. I ordered the the Farmers table plate breakfast and have not one complaint. My Mrs's ordered bottomless pancakes! Why not? Lol. At the end of our meal we genuinely were impressed how this location has improved. Check them out.

On one hand, I go every weekend for breakfast, after my wife died in 01/2021, this is the best time of the week. I've had issues with doing online pickup, like not getting 🍓 on pancakes. Not a big deal. But, for the last few months, IHOP has a rewards program - but not at this one. They're supposed to hand out a second receipt with a bar code to get them. No bar code. Want to redeem them? Nope. I frequently send my receipts to their Twitter to get the rewards. So, if you want to get the rewards, send your no-bar-code receipt to Twitter, and if you want to redeem them, go to a restaurant that does.

This place was amazing! From the moment I walked in Ms.Staci was so genuine and kind. She touched my heart and were able to feel like a family. She took her time preparing and serving us all the food and decorating the chocolate shake and hot coco. I felt well taken care of with no doubts that everything would be okay. By the end of the night I had a best-friend and a new person I had met and shared so many laughs and smiles with. I wish they were more people like this out in the world. Working in food service I understand by eleven in the evening it is very tiring and annoying to still be working, but rather than showing us her tiredness Staci turned it into a positive conversation with my family and I. I will definitely be returning and be super excited for my next visit.
